in the room.
Only the founders with the most potential make the cut. We are not filtering for pedigree, revenue or a warm introduction. None of that survives the first week anyway. We are filtering for people who can be unreasonable for a fortnight in front of a camera.
Teams of two to four founders, all 18 or older, who have already argued about something hard and stayed in the room.
On site, the whole time. No commute home at the weekend, no client projects running quietly in the background, no calendar you are still honouring.
Most teams arrive with nothing live yet. Some arrive with early users or early revenue. Both are fine. What matters is that you are early enough to move fast and are not protecting something.
The cameras are not a formality. Everything you make, break, charge for and get wrong is on the record, and the wrong parts are the ones people remember.
The founders who do well here talk to a stranger before lunch and have something live by dark. Plans are welcome, they just do not count for much by Wednesday.
For two weeks, every goal, challenge, activity, and dollar could count toward the scoreboard. The story, the deck, the following, it all matters, but results are what move you forward.
