Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This page says which ones Launchpad uses.

What this site sets

Very little. The Launchpad site is close to static, and there is no advertising on it.

Strictly necessary: a signed cookie for the screening dashboard, which only staff use. Nothing on the public site or the application form depends on a cookie.
Analytics: Vercel Analytics counts page visits. It does not use cookies to identify you across sites.
Your saved answers: the application keeps your answers in your browser's local storage so you do not lose them on a refresh. That never leaves your device until you submit, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Third-party content

If you reach the interview stage, the booking calendar is embedded from Google and Google may set its own cookies. That is covered by Google's policies, not this one.

Turning them off

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you using the site or applying, but it will sign you out of the dashboard if you are staff.
